With free Wi-Fi, bed linen included and fishing access for two guests built into the price, each stay is designed to be easy, convenient and enjoyable from start to finish.

Caravan Hire Rules

To Ensure a Safe, Comfortable Stay for All Guests

Please take a moment to read through our caravan hire conditions before your visit:

  • Caravans are for adults only – no guests under the age of 12.

  • Check-in is from 2:00pm onwards; check-out is by 10:00am.

  • A minimum stay of 3 nights applies.

  • Bed linen is provided – please bring your own towels.

  • The accommodation must be left clean and tidy upon departure.

  • No smoking is permitted inside the caravans.

  • Dogs are only allowed in our pet-friendly Vista caravan (max 2 dogs).

  • Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and not left unattended inside the caravan.

  • Any damage or breakages must be reported immediately.

  • Fishing is included for two guests – additional guests can be added for a small fee.

  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry or request guests to leave if rules are not followed.
